Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization process.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
